SomaYoga Group Class Series
These classes are perfect for individuals that have worked with me and want to support their home program, individuals with pain or tension in their bodies or for anyone that is looking for stress relief and deep relaxation.
This slow and meditative class focuses on breath and gentle movement to bring the body into a deep state of relaxation. Enjoy 75 minutes of gentle therapeutic and somatic movement that releases tension in the body by changing the movement patterns that create the pain/tension in the first place. Improve flexibility, core stability and promote a deep state of relaxation throughout your entire body.
This program is the perfect balance to your busy or active lifestyle. Classes are small so that each participant can receive personalized attention and with a consistent practise you will begin to feel your body shifting and releasing tension. This is your opportunity to free your body from pain, tension or stress.
It is not recommended that you miss a class. Due to the small size of the classes all sales are final, there are no refunds for missed classes or prorating of sessions. Ask to be put on the waiting list or the drop-in list; occasionally space becomes available.

Minimum registration of 4 participants required to run a class.
Maximum of 5 participants.
Please bring: (Yoga mat, blanket, hand towel and eye pillow)
