Yamas and Niyamas Satsang
Satsang: A sacred gathering and sharing; spiritual discourse
As many of you know, I am a constant student of Yoga Philosophy and the Yamas and Niyamas. I believe that the path to healing lies in our ability to release old beliefs, patterns and behaviours that hold us in suffering. A Satsang is a sacred gathering for sharing and discussing spirituality. A time for growth and healing in the company of spiritual seekers just like you and me.
My hope is to meet every six weeks to discuss a new chapter, share our thoughts and ideas and practice meditation.
I would like to invite past and current students of the Yamas and Niyamas and anyone that is interested in bringing ease and balance into your life to join me for an evening of discussion and truth. Each meeting we will explore the book The Yamas & Niyamas by Deborah Adele and end the evening with a guided Yoga Nidra or Meditation.
Register early so that you have time to read the assigned chapter before we meet.

Four sessions over four weeks where you will build on skills learned in the previous session.
