Yamas and Niyamas Satsang

Satsang: A sacred gathering and sharing; spiritual discourse

As many of you know, I am a constant student of Yoga Philosophy and the Yamas and Niyamas.   I believe that the path to healing lies in our ability to release old beliefs, patterns and behaviours that hold us in suffering.  A Satsang is a sacred gathering for sharing and discussing spirituality. A time for growth and healing in the company of spiritual seekers just like you and me.

My hope is to meet every six weeks to discuss a new chapter, share our thoughts and ideas and practice meditation.

I would like to invite past and current students of the Yamas and Niyamas and anyone that is interested in bringing ease and balance into your life to join me for an evening of discussion and truth.    Each meeting we will explore the book The Yamas & Niyamas by Deborah Adele and end the evening with a guided Yoga Nidra or Meditation.

Register early so that you have time to read the assigned chapter before we meet.

Get Out of Pain Series

Do you suffer from tight hips and/or low back pain, neck/shoulder pain or tension in your body?

Are you tired of being in pain?

Is the pain getting in the way of what you want to do?

Then this is the perfect program for you!

Pain that is persistent beyond 6 months is an issue in the brain not the tissues. Your brain gets stuck in incorrect programming that keeps the body in tension and pain.

Learn how to re-train your brain so that you can get out of pain.

What you get:

  1. Small group format (maximum of 10 students)

  2. Personalized attention with programming tailored to your specific issues.

  3. Four sessions over four weeks where you will build on skills learned in the previous session.

  4. Receive a home program to be practiced daily between sessions.

  5. Direct access to Nicole via phone/email between classes to support your success in the program.

Participants typically experience a 50-90% reduction in pain at the end of 4 weeks when they commit to their home program.
