Pelvic Floor Health – A Somatic Approach
Your pelvic floor is the foundation of your core, posture, and breath. Yet for many people, this area becomes a source of tension, pain, instability, or disconnection—often without you realizing it. This class offers a gentle, science‑informed, somatic pathway to begin restoring pelvic floor function.
In this experiential class, you’ll learn how to sense, soften, and re‑educate the pelvic floor through slow, mindful movements that work with your nervous system—not against it. Instead of forcing or “doing more,” you’ll discover how to release unconscious holding patterns, improve coordination, and build functional strength from the inside out.
